Otis, KONE, Schindler and thyssenkrupp no longer supply new elevators to Russia. Thousands of their installations in business centres, malls, hotels and residential towers are getting older, and owners need new equipment that fits the existing shafts, plus a contractor who will service it.
Developers and building owners now compare factories from China, Europe and Turkey directly. They choose the one that offers the right product, a realistic lead time and a reliable local partner.

From the first enquiry to service after handover
Projects and pre-sale
We find projects, register them with the factory, prepare technical and commercial proposals with your equipment and present them to the client next to an honest comparison.
Technical adaptation
Survey of the building, shaft measurements and specification in your own forms and configurators. Replacement projects are designed for the existing shaft.
EAEU certification
Every elevator must be covered by a valid EAEU certificate under TR CU 011/2011 “Safety of elevators”. We check the documents for each order and help to arrange certification when it is needed.
Import and logistics
Customs clearance and delivery to site through our customs brokers for shipments from China and Europe. We accept quotations in the factory’s currency.
Installation and acceptance
Installation and commissioning by certified installation partners and factory crews, acceptance by Rostekhnadzor, the state technical supervisor.
Lifetime service
Maintenance contracts, spare parts and warranty handling on site. The client has one contractor for the whole life of the elevator, and the factory has one partner responsible for it.

Direct contract
We sign directly with the factory. Payment terms follow the factory’s own terms for the order.
